I've been in my profession a fair few years now, and more recently I've been wondering what's next. I'm too long in the tooth for an MBA but I have been reading up on Executive MBAs that teach a lot in the way of business management and leadership. Is this something that anyone here has undertaken and was it/is it useful? I'd be really interested in any experiences you guys have had.
