Looks like KIX-SIN route is unlikely to be reinstated for the next half year. Currently ANA is having a promo in which you can fly one way direct with SQ and the return route via Tokyo. This promotion will end on 31 March 2004. This implies that ANA is unlikely to fly KIX-SIN at least till 31 Mar 2004.
