In a word, yes, but it would be helpful to know arrival airline and origin city, your citizenship/residency status, whether you have checked luggage, etc. to provide you a decent estimate of how long it might take.
That said, I stick with my original yes quite comfortably other than in the case of a significant unforeseen delay.
