I doubt it, plus to consider it it would really have to be an adapter too for different countries' sockets. At the moment, use an int'l adapter with 4 USB sockets that takes multiple plugs, so can charge power bank, mifi device and two phones at the same time. We go out for the day with the phones/mifi/power bank but don't need to cart the adapter about.

A power bank wall charger combo might be useful for some people though. Even some people in my office could probably use with one. It would have to small enough for bags though.
