Besides, never seen 10k points packages at all.
I only found 10K in north America.
There is no list for 5K bonus points. But:
1, Where the room rate is low and there are multiple hotels in the same area, it is more likely there are 5K per stay packages (or expand your search to 100miles! which is more effective)
2, all Holiday Inn Express in Europe, Asia Pacific and I think North America now, offers 3K per NIGHT if you book on the app:
Click on the room--choose YOUR RATE BY IHG REWARDS CLUB (the refundable rate)--You will then see the options of add either 1K, 2K or 3K per night.
These rates is a better value if you stay multiple nights in the same stay. A 3 nights stay could earn you at least 9K+normal earning. But if you are staying only 1 night, then 5K per stay is the best.
