£80 for LHR-KUL-KNO is not a good fare... it's an amazingly cheap fare... and un-realisticly so . You sure it's £80??

The thing with call centre agents is that for some reasons they tend to increase prices you see online (as i've experienced myself), and often are not competent enough unfortunately : /
