I dont think there's a huge number of leisure travellers who would be paying J and F class each time they travel. I believe most J travellers are Business travellers. Unless of course you're talking about Bali and Maldives and the likes where it's purely leisure travel

Sorry, but when I did my PhD (believe it or not) I had to deal in facts and produce evidence that I could defend in my Viva rather than something that I could not prove one way or another.

Indeed, maybe you are right and maybe as I have long wondered that a lot of the people here are so virulently anti-BA because they have no say in their choice and all their tickets are paid for by their employers. Still, we will never really know for certain will we?
And when I did my thesis I had to deal in facts too. But believe it or not this is a forum and not PhD dissertation. We all give our opinions and discuss based on that.

If I had the stats I would be working for BA and not debating here

I'm not anti-BA. I fly BA and I do like them for a lot of reasons. My argument was that I believe, despite the fact their customer satisfaction ratings are dropping, they're making money because of corporate contracts.

Anyway, this brings me to a more general question: Why do you think people choose to travel with BA?
