Once you check in it's a bit of stretch.....and if the hotel has already taken care of you so professionally I'd personally say let them continue. Some agents here probably would disagree, but to each their own. and to be clear the rosewood elite offer blends with the Virtuoso offer of 50 minute massage for up to two people per room, once during stay. So your upgrade priority is suppose to be "enhanced". The pros and cons of these things have been debated extensively on this forum.
