No, I do not. BA does not hold monopoly on the majority of the routes it serves. And there is always an option to connect for a different type of seat or bed if one wishes so. You don't see other European airlines who do offer a free drink steal traffic from BA, do you?
If you asked any European airline CEO, which airport he would want for a hub - 100% would say LHR -- which I think has something like 10x more premium O&D than whatever is 2nd - CDG or FRA. Since most premium travelers want nonstop flights and frequency over caviar BA has a bit of a head start based on its home airport. I'm not saying BA would be a failing airline without LHR, but LHR definitely gives BA some insulation KL, LH or AF don't have.
