Wine was not that great, and the staff really try to pour it for you...although if you can go when they're not standing there, most people pour for themselves. The hot items are portioned into small dishes so you really have to grab a few to have something substantial, which I always feel greedy about doing. Cheese/crackers and fruit can be taken without individual portions though. My room (a small apartment with kitchen and laundry facilities) has new carpeting and bedding, but the furnishings are still older. The lounge looks modern and nice as does the beautiful breakfast restaurant. Go all the way to the back where it opens to an atrium.
