I think the total amount paid for the ticket will be divided proportionally to each flight and flights operated by LH will earn let's say €1200 multiplied by 6, whereas the flights operated by SQ will earn €800 multiplied by 5. Hence, the total for the entire trip would be 11,200 award miles, in your example, hypothetically speaking of course .
