$68 is cheap. Someone who needed some extra nights for lifetime-platinum could do a mattress run. Fly over, check-in, stay a day or two, and then leave but stay checked into the hotel. Or you could fly over and get medical procedures done, as medical tourism in Southeast Asia is quite popular.
