General flight security and lack of information what they've done to improve it - after pilot error crash 4-5yrs ago. The fame of them being "cheap" does not help (no offence, I know they are oil-money funded and rich, but marketing and management wise they do not seem up to the level of the rest of the croud) . Report here for F class was " horrible morally old seats", rumor said no wine, etc. I lack first hand info but the image does not entice me to fly them despite the cheapo fares.
