This is a first. A BRG claim was approved in less than 3 hours! I could see on spg.com that my reservation had been adjusted to the BRG rate plan, with a new USD 1.00 daily rate.

Oddly, the confirmation email was sent only the next day, about 24 hrs after submitting my claim.
