Upon receiving their email, I clicked on the link that I sent them, which sent me to the hotels.com page for the Westin Miyako Kyoto... and I saw the exact rate that I had asked to be matched to. Link works on both Chrome and Firefox.

I sent them an email telling them my findings and asked them to check again; we'll see what happens.
