I am curious as to why you say the service was so bad. Can you provide more details and specifics? Were the seats bad, were you ignored by the FAs, were the meals attrocious? I'll be taking this flight in a couple of months and would like to know what to look out for. Was you impression the result of wanting to get bumped [and and paid for the privilege] and not being asked?
