O.K. here is what hapenbed on my SFO-Narita flight.
They were asking for volunteers who would be boarded on the next day's flight. The comp was $400 cash (not travel credit)for Econ.Customers and $600 for Busines Class. Pluss hotel.

I did not enjoy this flight. I clearly understand why ANA is $1,600 cheaper than United in Busines class.
