In the spirit of discussion, to a perfectly reasonable question, is there any point answering a question with a question? If that is the case every time somebody asks something the reply may well as be "why not" or another classic "it is what it is". Adds no value at all.
In post 6 the OP was dictating what EK should and should not do as far as use of its fleet/seating goes. I have trouble seeing a reason why EK should not use its fleet as it best sees fit. There is a difference between asking why something is done and stating how it should be done
