Thanks everyone! I went ahead and booked the GH for one of the nights, and will keep checking. I do have the PH booked for the weekend on cash and points. The cash rate is currently running around $500 a night for the weekend. Probably due to being close to the blooming of the cherry blossoms. The parade is the Saturday of my trip. None of the properties, outside of the PH, are a great option for the cat 7 award. But my alternatives are not using it, or using it closer to home on a cat 2 or cat 4. But I'll keep checking as time gets closer. Thanks for all the experienced input!
