$1 Million is vastly more than most people have on their coverage in the US (Yes, I know this is flyertalk so somebody is going to post about how they have more than that, but I'm talking about most people, not exceptions). Unless she's planning on doing something extremely negligent the chances of that policy not being enough are a fraction of a fraction of a fraction of a percent. I wouldn't worry at all about it.
