yes but they originally planned for a lounge as they sent rendering images of it and it looked really impressive( I will try and dig them out as they are somewhere on my computer). I also contacted them at this stage (about 3 months prior to their opening to confirm platinum members would have access to which ch they replied don’t most definitely yes so somewhere along the line prior to their opening they changed their mind. This is why I am thinking that this is not a one off. Also for an opening rates seem really high and judging by their website they mainly show conference and wedding facilities which also puts me off, shame as was really looking forward to staying there, particularly as the Hoi An property suddenly left before even opening!
