All the lounges are open 24 hrs.
However, if you are on an Ethiopian Airlines itinerary you will be eligible for complimentary hotel during this layover (if connecting from ET to ET flights). If on another airline inbound to ADD and departing on ET, then you can usually pay $70 for a package including hotel, visa, ground transport and meals. Just ask at the transit desk.
