Just FYI, those red-light camera tickets in SF are $490! I got hit by the one at 3rd and Harrison for the first ticket of my life a few years ago, after more than 20 years of driving.

In any event, the car's owner will get the ticket, and they will have to fill out a form if they were not the driver. Happened to us when a relative of mine ran the light when borrowing our car.
