Does anyone know if the new MO method prints the MO numbers at the bottom of the receipt? Today one of my stores tried the new method on 1 MO and it got stuck fo about 10 minutes after the MO printed. Then eventually a receipt printed. No MO number at the bottom like when useing the old method. It didn't print the other smaller receipts to sign. Just have some concerns about this MO which I just deposited. Wish I could remember what the smaller receipts said beyond just getting a signature.
So, I called MG Automated system at 800-542-3590, but even the other MOs that were printed via the old method are getting the "not updated in system" message. I'm assuming the MO number is just the number following the R
