Definitely a possibility. However,
(1) I had already mentally spent those €, so it definitely feels like a deal even as I’m typing this.
(2) if i wasn’t the lucky op-up, starting at a slightly larger SkyMiles balance for 9 hours in the back would be cold comfort :-)
