Saw this on the accountonline page of one of my Citi credit card accounts (it was linked from my old Citi student plat card, not my AAdvantage card). It looks targeted, but I was able to register a family member's account as well as my own. It may require using a targeted Citi account to buy the ticket, but can't hurt to try!
