Yes, it's a single itinerary. I think it was the same fare plan I was seeing on ITA Matrix. I'm paying about £50 more than if I booked directly on ba.com but at least I know for sure I'm in J on the Japanese domestic sectors. Apparantly only €250 penalty if I decide to cancel - I'm not sure that would be the case if I booked on ba.com.
