IMPORTANT NOTES

Plaza Premium Lounge (‘PPL’) and Plaza Shower & Relaxation Lounge (‘Shower Lounge’) are located in the Restricted Area of Departures Level of Hong Kong International Airport.

For Departing Passengers (i.e. passengers leaving Hong Kong for other destinations) -


Departing passengers will need to pass through Immigration and Customs before proceeding to PPL / Shower Lounge. In other words, he must obtain a boarding pass of his flight.



For Transit Passengers (i.e. passengers arriving Hong Kong for other destinations) -


Transit passengers will need to obtain a boarding pass of his ongoing flight before proceeding to PPL / Shower Lounge. Boarding pass will be available at airline counter at Transfer / Arrivals Level. Some airline counters can only issue same-day boarding pass and are not able to issue boarding pass for the next day. Please contact your airline for details of obtaining the boarding pass before leaving your country.


For Arriving Passengers (i.e. passengers arriving Hong Kong as last destination) -


Arriving passengers CANNOT gain access to PPL / Shower Lounge since they are not able to reach Departures Level.

BOARDING PASS
Boarding Pass is a MUST for all passengers going to use PPL / Shower Lounge. Please contact your airline for details of obtaining the boarding pass.
