I tried it at many locations and almost all looked like that and none would read my Amex or my phone the thing missing was the dots. I found one with dots but the cashier was being eh and wouldn't push whatever get to that green screen so tapping resulted in it being read it but it would say card error. Or that location is just borked quite a bit and the employees said it wasn't supported and they said that you need a separate attachments on MX915's for Apple Pay LOL!
