DAR has a lounge called the Tanzanite that some airlines subscribe to but is fee- and Priority Club(?) accesible. Not sure if DAR has a lounge for other airlines.

The airport authority at YVR is apparently taking over a couple of abandoned lounges and offering it to everyone on a fee basis. One is the former CP international departure one abandoned by Air Canada. The other is the international arrivals lounge also abandoned by Air Canada. YVR supports at least 7 airline lounges.

HKG has the Plaza Premium lounge as well as several airline ones.
