I've stayed at all 3. No upgrade in Arlington. No lounge or anything special for Globalists.

HR Capitol tried to upsell me to Club Room despite being Diamond at the time. To be fair that did get me compensation from corporate later... but that did show to me how the hotel views its elite status guests.

GH is probably the best, certainly in terms of lounge. But again no obvious upgrade.

GH and HC Arlington are located near metro stations. No safety issues at any of the three.

I would be crushed to be forced to use a Cat 1-7 at any of the three... Keep an eye on the PH or New York City...
