The target is higher than $25k annually. I spent just over $26K last year and was not offered 2004 UGS (I was 2003 UGS). I have spent just under 300K since 1997 and often fly within 3 days notice. Last year UA dropped their last minute fares so I flew a lot on M, S, Q, T and V fares. The UGS CSR Director told me that I was not selected (even after account review) because I did not purchase an unspecified target of Y/B and higher fares. I will spend well over 30K this year (probably over 40K) and will see if I am offered 2005 UGS.
