At South that will be peak time, so normally OK - maybe a 30 minute wait with the bleeper - but if you are a bit late / hit a lot of passengers / travelling in (e.g.) July then it will be perhaps problematic.
Your best bet is to go to GC T5B, and read up on the passageway guide in the Dashboard, however that would mean losing a visit to GF if you are EXP.
Thanks! I figured T5B would be my best bet--I've read the passageway guide a few times before out of curiosity, so this would be a good time to try them out in person! I don't mind missing out on GF as long as I can maximize my odds of getting a shower--I'll have been through the T3 one and I'll have CCR access on the return.
Assuming my long-haul flight arrives in T5B or T5C, is it worth a shot trying to talk my way into using the FCC in T5B for quicker access to the T5B lounge? I know the connections guides explicitly state that such passage is not allowed, but might things have changed since then and/or the security dragon take pity on me...?
