My name on MC account is "inverted": my surname appears as my name, and my name as surname - even though I'm pretty sure I fill out the form correctly. So whenever I am on a Star Alliance reservation with other FFP flying ANA, I can never pre-order my meals because the system does not recognize it. I tried to fix this online but I couldn't. I don't live in a country currently served by ANA. Any suggestions?
