First call offered 2 options on my 3 year old Aviator Red card <$3,000 spend last year- I don't fly often right now and mentioned that for that reason I don't get much benefit out of the card at the moment:
-Downgrade to no-fee card without benefits
-Fee ($89) waived this year with no guarantee of it being waived in the future

I took the fee waiver. I was then offered 5,000 bonus miles for spending $1,000 in the next 90 days, which I also took
