10:30am should be a very good time to land immigration wise.
Thai Lion are very easy to purchase tickets with, ticket offices both at southern end of T1 dep level and southern end of T2 dep level.
Assuming that you want to purchase straight after clearing immigration & customs just head up the the 3rd floor in T1, it's right opposite their check in at Pier 15,
