Recently i got B. Signature status and there is a very important difference to Black, the Special Service. It is also very glad that LATAM has introduced a whatsapp number for assistance with national flight. LATAM has also introduced a new service "only for black status" called soporte preferente, that help you when your flight have a delay or it is cancelled. The service for black members "soporte preferente" is avalliable 24 hours, 7 days a week but special services whatsapp and telephone is not avalliable at night or at afternoon on weekends. Also, as a Black Signature you will receive special service assitance only in certains airport where the service is avalliable. So, soporte preferente is sometimes better, they can help you with international and domestic flight (not only domestic flight as special service whatsapp), if you are in an airport where sp service is not avalliable, you can not contact as a black signature via whatsapp, because it is only for domestic flight theorically and also mostly intercontinental LATAM flights depart at night, when special service whatsapp or telephone is not avalliable but soporte preferente yes.
What are your thoughts about it?
Anyone has been assisted by soporte preferente if sp service is not avaliable? as a B. Signature (latam.com says "soporte preferente" is only avalible for black members, not for signature ones)
In my opinion, Black Signature should be able to contact both, when sp service is not avalliable or regarding an international flight, they should contact soporte preferente.
