- approval response time was nearly 39 hours for the St Thomas agents...they had advised me over the phone that they were nearly caught up last week with claims and then were hit again with a high volume. I cannot help but think after reviewing some of the thread replies recently from newish FTers, that response times are being delayed by claims that people have no intention of using or want to tweak dates/room types post-approval. Just my 2 cents.
