Trying to stay in the Orchard Street area and want a five star hotel. The Four Seasons is a little high for my budget but I see rooms for about 30% cheaper at the Regent that is run by Four Seasons. Tried looking at past threads but not much description of the Regent. Can anyone share information on how the rooms are and the club level compared to the FS? Also looking at the Hilton?
