Hopefully this will benefit some people flying in UL Business Class out of CMB. There is a separate entrance to the main terminal known as The Silk Route for J passengers. It's not very well publicised and easy to miss- mention to your taxi / Uber driver that you want the Silk Route, it is just before the main terminal on the left hand side. Porters take your bags, security screening is quick and easy and check in likewise in a totally separate area to the main throngs. Once you have your boarding pass you do then have to rejoin the main terminal to go through Emigration and into the main departures area but overall it was a much more pleasant experience than the main terminal itself. Note that this only applies if you are starting your journey in CMB and not if in transit.
