A veritable mystery. As far as I know the seat instruction leaflets wouldn't need to be onloaded and offloaded (like the Discovery magazine pack); it'd be much like the safety card in 'sticking' with the seat. For that reason it'd also be weird if they were changed in anticipation of the configuration change since the FC seats would be pulled out as a unit and it would seem much easier for the seat pockets to be filled up after the NBC seats were rejigged into the new cabin.
