Neither of the two Oral-B 1000 toothbrushes shows the blinking light to indicate charging when placed on either of the two chargers I purchased, one from Aliexpress and the other (later, from your link, in hopes of a better experience) from Amazon. The toothbrushes are less than a year old and charge fine on their supplied AC chargers.
I've tried using different microUSB cables and 110V-to-USB "bricks", all of which work fine on Android phones and tablets.
Very odd that. Like I said, mine worked great. I tested it when I first got it and just spent a little over a week at my daughter's house and took it there and it worked fine. Only difference is mine is an Oral-B 3000 and the toothbrush was new just before Christmas.
