My vote is for Tofino. Or more specifically, Ucleulet, which I prefer over Tofino. I have spent a lot of time in all of the places you mention and the West Coast wins for me. Especially because you have already done the Sunshine Coast and also for the activities you are looking for. Except, as gglave said, swimming. It is spectacularly beautiful and tons of hikes and the weather will be great in the summer, warm and sunny. But swimming will be cold no matter what time of year you go. And yes, it is far. But it is beautiful and wild. Worth it in my opinion.
