It's been a while since I've visited the *A lounge, but isn't it after passport control? That would be a pain (if even permitted) for a lounge visit.
The LH lounge is after security in the satellite that LH uses, and while it isn't the most modern C/SEN lounge, and has zero view, it's a nice enough place to have a drink or work while you wait for your flight.
