If the others are on your ITN they will have access too. If they are on another ITN (even same flight), by the rules, no they will not have access. However, in practice, there are many reports of everyone using Flagship Check-in. YMMV
What about the following, a family arrives at ORD T5 and re-check bags and get bp's. Then at T3 they want to use the FL Check in for fast security access with the OWE cardholder on a separate PNRffrom the others, how willing would they be to permit this?
