Now that Terminal 5 is closed, and AA uses Terminal 3, what's it like?

Are there any AA FTers who departed FCO in the last year who can share their experiences with the new set up?

I.e. how efficient was the check in process and security lines; now that there's no bus needed to get you from Terminal 5 to Terminal 3, how long did it take to the gate, etc. TIA!
