Just attempted to do Mobile CI for my upcoming ET flight and received an “invalid VCR” error.

Does anyone have experience with this, and is it indeed something that can be sorted out easily at the airport?

My upgrade bid was accepted, so could that have something to do with the coupon not lining up in the system?
