They both noted that my fee was waived both in 2015 and 2016, but still waved it again
I too was very sweet, but the only thing she would finally offer is the $1000/5000 miles.
Or I could have $100 credit with $1000 spend for 3 months.
Took the 5,000 and will call again about fee waiver. Have 60 days to close. Ordinarily I would close and reopen, but can’t as I still have 2 bonus anniversary cards.
