I wouldn’t expect much. They cancelled one of my flights, leaving me with only a return leg. They never sent me an email or called me to tell me about the cancellation, so I complained. They simply sent me a copy pasted apology telling me they will tell me as soon as possible about changes to my itineraries and how they value me as a bronze member. It angered me more than anything.
