MSP wins best airport award
According to local media, MSP won an award from some airport industry group for being the best North American airport for customer service. MSP also won the same award last year.

I suspect that the airport volunteer group in which our own CarmenOM participates actively has something to do with this accolade.

Note: I posted this here in the DL forum because MSP is a DL hub and CarmenOM is a DL elite and participates in the DL forum regularly.
